This set of plans is not stamped and can not be used for your building permit application. No design changes are included.

Includes:

  • Detailed design ready for building permit application
  • Standard foundation design to meet Part 9 of the Ontario Building Code requirements
  • 1 drawing submission package for review and minor adjustments (does not include changed to overall size / design of the exterior shell of the building)

Excludes (can be priced upon request):

  • Engineered slab-on grade design
  • Engineered shallow foundation design that does not extend below frost level
