While we do not accept returns, if you have any concerns or questions about your order, please email us at info@rivarc.ca with your Order Number and details. Our support team will be happy to assist you.

Refunds

As we do not offer returns, refunds are not available. Please ensure you review your order carefully before finalizing your purchase. Since we provide a custom plan for your new build, we cannot accommodate refunds.
